How to wear the Contained chastity belt:
1. Adjust the length of the latex belt for your comfort.
2. Place the belt around your waist and put the silver metal part with the cylinder against your stomach. Then put the holes on each side of the belt over it, so that they fit your waist.
3. Bring the crotch plate to the front, in the same place as the holes in the belt, then place the gold padlock in front, lock it and take out the key.
4. Adjust the crotch length if necessary with the padlock on the plate.
5. Slide each garter over your thighs and close them by adjusting the waist and then locking the padlock.
6. Attach the chains on the side of each garter to the carabiners on the sides of the belt.
7. Keep all the keys safe so you can remove the belt!

Your chastity belt comes with a bag of spare screws and nuts in case you lose the originals.
