A 11.75-inch-long sponge brush to soap up the orifice walls and clean them.
An 89-ml douche bulb to rinse out the orifice.

Cleaning with the brush:

Wet the brush and apply a small amount of gentle soap free of alcohol and silicone.
Gently insert the brush into the orifice and make gentle back-and-forth movements to clean the inside thoroughly.

Rinsing with the enema bulb:

Squeeze the enema bulb while placing its spout in a container full of liquid, then release the bulb to draw in the liquid.
Insert the bulb into the orifice and squeeze to expel the liquid deep into the orifice.
Repeat this process until all the soap is removed from the orifice.
